We are so excited that you are interested in participating in the 2013 Miss Shelby County Pageant, to be held July 20, 2011 at Shelby County High School in Columbiana. All contestants must be between the ages of 17 and 23 and live, work, or go to school in Shelby, Chilton, Jefferson, Talladega, Bibb,Coosa and St. Clair Counties. Our paperwork is located below, and must be submitted by July 6, 2011 to our director, Pam Oliver at P.O. Box 1762, Columbiana, AL 35051.
We will only accept the first 20 contestants.
