 f you are a young woman between the ages of 17 and 24 who lives, works, or goes to school in Shelby County, Alabama and would like to participate in the Miss Shelby County 2009 Pageant, please visit the Miss Alabama web site, download and complete the forms on that page and mail them, along with a cover letter which includes the contestant's name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and with a photograph suitable for publication, to: Melody Arledge, P.O. Box 1762, Columbiana, AL 35051. A Local Contestant Contract (below) should also be included. All forms must be postmarked by June 1, 2008. Please note that we need six copies each of the first two forms!
